About AZOTH
AZOTH is where you come home.
What started as a small gathering is now a home for young queer and queer-minded people, makers and performers from Nijmegen and beyond. For us the dancefloor is more than fun. It is where you meet your people, try on new selves, and get celebrated for it.
Night and day
The Night
Club nights are our heartbeat. DJs, performance and installations, raw and collective, on floors where you can fully let go.
The Day
Movie nights, workshops, talks. Slower, softer, just as queer. Where the friendships from the floor keep growing.
What we stand for
Connection
The floor is where strangers recognise each other. Music and shared nights turn individuals into a community.
Self-discovery
Room to play with identity, looks and gender. Try on a new self. Keep the ones that fit.
Safety
Respect, consent and solidarity are the floor everything else stands on.

A space outside heteronormative frames, where queer people and allies are free.
